Matrix Security Group, a premium provider of security services and technology to both commercial and residential customers, has announced enhancements to its Executive team structure.
Matrix Security Group advise the changes have been implemented as a result of continued rapid growth and a commitment to ongoing investment in security technology, solutions and people.
With Matrix Security Group now employing over 400 staff and intending to expand further – the new structure will better enable us to meet expectations of the market, continuously improve and innovate our service offering and further invest in our greatest asset – our people. This includes becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer.
- Scott Carter remains in the position of Chief Executive Officer and will continue to utilise his extensive industry knowledge to lead the business through the next stage of growth. He will head the Matrix Security Group’s Strategy Team which includes Jeff Curley, Pauline Snell and Angela Hunter with input from the Board.
- Jeff Curley remains in the position of Chief Financial Officer leveraging his considerable commercial depth to plan, implement, and manage the financial activities of Matrix Security Group.
- Pauline Snell, formerly General Manager HR and Operations, has been promoted to Chief People Officer. This promotion recognises the exceptional results Pauline has delivered for Matrix Security Group and in this new role Snell will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement strategies for our award-winning operations service and implementation of people development initiatives.
- Angela Hunter, formerly Sales and Marketing Manager (SME) with Voyager, has been appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Hunter will leverage her considerable sales and marketing experience to design, develop and deliver innovative commercial, technology, product, and customer engagement strategies.
