David Kabel is our Digital Transformation Analyst, helping the business modernise the way it works by reviewing current processes, identifying opportunities, and recommending technology-driven solutions. David works with a mix of process, system, and user experience insights to reveal how the organisation operates today and where improvements will have the biggest impact. By analysing workflow bottlenecks, tool adoption patterns, and data trends, he supports evidence-based decisions that drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance user experience.

Driving Proactive Improvements

A recent example of David’s impact comes from his work on our Patrol Management system. Previously, variations in checkpoint reporting were not visible until the following day, highlighting an opportunity to further strengthen client satisfaction. David developed a real-time dashboard that immediately flags pending checkpoints, giving operations managers the visibility to act proactively —reducing delays, improving operational response and enhancing client confidence.
 
His role goes beyond technical analysis. By guiding stakeholders through change and helping teams adopt new tools, David ensures digital initiatives are not only implemented but embraced —strengthening alignment between people, processes, and technology.
