At the heart of this critical operation is Sarah Fletcher, recently promoted to Contact Centre Operations Controller. Having been with Matrix Security for the past two years, Sarah has proven to be a driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our monitoring centre.
A Strong Foundation in Service and Leadership
Sarah brings a wealth of experience from maritime call centre operations and youth team leadership. With her Maritime NZ tickets and a background in attention to detail and people management, she blends technical know-how with human connection—an essential combination for the high-pressure demands of alarm response.
Her commitment to excellence and unwavering work ethic have made her an invaluable member of the team.

“For me, this promotion isn’t just a new title—it’s a reflection of growth, trust, and the impact of hard work,” says Sarah.

As Contact Centre Operations Controller, Sarah leads a team of highly trained professionals who are the first line of response when an alert is triggered.
“Our team understands that every alert could represent someone’s safety or livelihood,” Sarah explains. “That’s why we treat every alarm with urgency, accuracy, and care. Around the clock, we’re here, watching, responding, and protecting.”
