We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Officer to join our Penrose-based Finance team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning payroll and accounts payable processes and being the go-to person for accuracy, compliance, and day-to-day support.

About the role:

  • End-to-end payroll for 150+ employees

  • Accounts payable processing and reconciliations

  • Payroll reporting, compliance, and IRD requirements

  • Responding to payroll, supplier, and finance queries

About you:

  • 2+ years’ payroll experience with strong NZ compliance knowledge

  • Payroll system experience (Attache or similar)

  • Accounts payable experience and solid Excel skills

  • Detail-focused, reliable, and deadline-driven
