About the role
Based in our Penrose Communications Centre, you’ll respond to alarm activations, liaise with customers and emergency services, and support our frontline security teams. Every shift is different, requiring calm decision-making and clear communication.
This is a full-time, permanent night shift role, working 12-hour shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotating roster.
About you

Customer service experience (contact centre or similar)

Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

Flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
