We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of several outstanding team members who have consistently gone above and beyond — and now, they’re stepping into exciting new roles!
Our Head of Operations oversees the day-to day functions of our guarding, patrols and screen sectors, ensuring efficiency and productivity as well as implementing improvements to processes and systems.
Jacob brings extensive expertise and experience to the role, having advanced rapidly since beginning his career as a security guard several years ago. His hands-on experience, combined with his natural leadership and strong communication skills, positions him well for success.

One of Jacob’s greatest strengths is his ability to lead and manage his team effectively, guiding them toward their goals while treating his team members with respect and bringing out their best.
