Monitoring

Commercial Alarm Systems and Monitoring

When a professionally monitored alarm activates, our Monitoring Intelligence Centre uses AI-assisted triage and video verification to confirm what is happening before operators act on your response plan. The centre holds a C1 grading and monitors businesses nationwide, with monitoring centres in New Zealand graded against recognised industry standards.

Activation Only Monitoring

Your alarm or video surveillance is monitored 24/7 for a monthly fee, with your team setting and unsetting it. Operators follow your instructions whenever it activates.

Time Managed Monitoring

Your alarm is monitored against scheduled opening and closing times. It suits sites that manage access to defined areas and need an orderly lock down.

Fail to Set

Operators are alerted if your alarm has not been set by closing time. A nominated keyholder can then be contacted or a patrol dispatched to secure the premises.

Entry Challenge

Operators verify any unsetting of the alarm outside scheduled hours. If the person on site cannot confirm they are authorised, your response plan is actioned.

Key-Holding

We hold keys under strict protocols so responders can access your premises when needed. Key-holding is available on request with activation only monitoring and included at no extra charge with time managed monitoring.

People on Site

Guarding and Patrols

Trained officers add a human response to alarms and cameras. Static guards are available across New Zealand, with mobile patrols for Auckland businesses.

Patrol Checks

Scheduled or random visits in Auckland that check external areas alarm sensors cannot reach.

What a Patrol Officer Does on Arrival

  1. Inspects the exterior of the site.
  2. Checks doors and windows are secure.
  3. Inspects inside where access has been arranged.
  4. Checks the high-risk areas identified for your site.
  5. Records the visit and escalates any issues.
