The setup process for Video IQ is simple
- Contact us to upgrade your CCTV system with Video IQ services.
- Matrix Security Technicians will connect the PM54 to the NVR network, add cameras, assign zones, and apply a data pack. All video traffic is carried over Permaconn’s ISO 27001 certified network, eliminating cyber risks associated with conventional configurations.
- The Video IQ device will be connected to Matrix Security’s Contact Centre for 24/7 monitoring immediately.
