Matrix Security patrolmen recently attended an incident where an elderly residential client was stuck in the elevator of her home. Her friend made the urgent call for help.

On arrival, a Matrix Security guard made sure to let his presence be known to the lady in the elevator and ensured she stayed calm. He then tried to release the elevator doors but the buttons were non-responsive. Then with the help of the lady’s friend, they set about looking for the keys to release the doors.

Once these were located, the elderly lady was immediately freed. She appeared to be okay and was very grateful for the manner in which the situation was handled.
